When Kanye West offended the Jewish community and other people over his anti-semitic rants online, he claimed that he was "alone" in the "fight" and that no one stood by his side to support him.
Consequence has set the record straight; as he was promoting West's newly launched YZY Pods, he called out his pal: "I have always lent my love, support, and expertise to YE since ConMan Productions circa 2002.
"So [Kanye West], NEVER again say in public or to others in private that you are ALONE. That's the biggest SLAP IN THE FACE you could give to your TEAM."
The "Spaceship" rapper then named several other rappers who have all shown support for West throughout the years, like himself, Don C, John Monopoly, GL, Doe, IBN, Arrow, and even Virgil. He even liked them as "The Bulls."
"But we didn't help you become Jordan so you could turn into Jerry Krause and start playing 3D Musical chairs with da bros!!!"
Consequence Supports Kanye West, But Warns Him
Consequence's post came a few days after West faced backlash for, once again, coming after the Jewish people and community.
Despite openly supporting West's newest endeavor, he also reminded his pal that their friendship goes both ways.
"You can be the one with the Money And even the Power But I will always need my RESPECT.
"If you can apologize to the Jewish community in Hebrew...Then maybe you should apologize to a few of your guys in English," he added.
Kanye West Apologizes to Jews
According to the Associated Press, the "Gold Digger" rapper recently went under fire for cursing the Jews at a recent listening party for his joint album with Ty Dolla $ign, "Vultures."
"I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions," West wrote in a statement written in Hebrew.
"It was not my intention to offend or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused."
This is the first time West has issued a formal apology to the Jewish community after sharing anti-semitic sentiments online, and even praising Adolf Hitler last year.
"Ultimately, actions will speak louder than words but this initial act of contrition is welcome," was the response of the Anti-Defamation League regarding the rapper's recent apology.
