In the New Year, Gwen Stefani hopes to maintain her physical and emotional well-being more consistently.

When it comes to her health and fitness, the "Sweet Escape" singer told Access Hollywood that she is always attempting to be less of a "all or nothing" kind of person.

She gave the following response when asked what her 2024 wellness goal was:

"I think probably just being more consistent. That's the one thing that I... I'm one of those all or none (people) so I will probably try to be balanced. I don't know if I'm ever gonna get there but (I'm) working on that constantly."

The former member of No Doubt shared her excitement about "finally" releasing a new album, which will be her first since the holiday album You Make It Feel Like Christmas in 2017.

Gwen, who is wed to country music artist Blake Shelton, gave this advice about maintaining a strong relationship as well: "Keep loving, keep trying to get love and give, that's what we do, a little exchange."

Due to Blake's participation in Nashville's Big Bash TV special and Gwen's performance at The Venetian in Las Vegas, the music stars will be spending New Year's Eve apart this year.

"I was going to be at his show and then Vegas called and wanted me to be in Vegas. Last year I did Vegas and I was kinda like, 'Remind me to never do Vegas again.' 'Cause you sometimes want to have your own... not be the host," she explained. "And then I was like, 'I'm gonna do it. If you're gonna be working then I'm gonna be working.' I'm just gonna fly in and out it's gonna be awesome. I'm really looking forward to it."

Before the year ended, Gwen Stefani also disclosed that she has huge music plans for the coming year!

"I'm actually putting out music, so I'm excited about that," she noted. "I've been working on this for a long time. I've finally landed in that place where I'm obsessed, where I can't stop listening, so I feel like I'm somewhere."

Despite the challenge of finding time for creative, Gwen, a mother of three boys, has poured her all into these new tracks.

"I'm just trying to find like little pockets of time to make music and it still never gets old," she said. "It's still so exciting and magical." She is also thinking ahead to a significant anniversary.

Her first solo album, "Love. Angel. Music. Baby," will turn 20 years old next year as well - so it's likely that there will be a huge celebration.
