It's common to hear Filipinos in the Philippines sing, and sing well, even when they're doing housework.

Olivia Rodrigo herself witnessed it and reacted to it - seeing how two of her avid fans were actually singing her song while doing something so mundane as washingd dishes!

Two Filipinos were singing Olivia Rodrigo's "Vampire" as they cleaned dishes.

They were just obviously doing it for fun, seeing that they are wearing their house clothes, and probably did not expect the star to see them, let alone react to them at all!

The two sisters were seen on camera enjoying a small concert of their own while sitting low on the floor in their pambahay, sponge in hand.

Olivia Rodrigo, a Filipino-American pop artist, found the video on TikTok and, judging by her response, thought her day had been made. She had to comment, of course. "OMG, this makes me smile so big!" she began "They sound incredible!" Olivia added.

After seeing Olivia's comment, other users posted their own. One TikTok user called the Philippines "the land of singers." Olivia published "Vampire" in June 2023.

It's a song about a guy who "bled her dry" by lying to her. Olivia recorded the song for her second album, "GUTS." The album also has songs like "Bad Idea Right?", "All-American bitch," and "Lacy."

It's reasonable to suppose that at this point, everyone is aware of Olivia Rodrigo. Critics have declared Olivia Rodrigo's messy, emotional, coming-of-age record Guts to be the best new release of 2023, shattering the myth of the second album. Brimming with biting ballads and punk-pop songs, the album won a "poll of polls" put together by BBC News.

It's a "happier" and "more playful" record than Sour, Rodrigo told the BBC, with a rockier sound influenced by her upcoming tour. "It's such a cathartic experience to sing songs like that in a crowd." Guts, which was released in September, debuted at the top of both the US and UK charts and is up for six Grammy Awards, including album of the year.

"Another instant classic," according to Rolling Stone, and "an artist with plenty of things to say, and the confidence and eloquence to say them her way," according to AllMusic.

While most of her debut was written about one terrible relationship, she discusses celebrity, pain, dubious hook-ups, self-sabotage, and growing up awkwardly in Guts. It's just more relatable by most.
