She did, however, disclose that the costume presented some challenges when she posted a video of herself laughingly readjusting the gown's panties and lamenting that it was "so tight."

Her 38-year-old ex-rugby union player fiancé Thom also joined her, looking dashing in a black tuxedo while grinning arm in arm with Nicole.
