Pharrell Williams hinted at a possible N.E.R.D. reunion onstage during his iTunes Festival headlining set at London's Roadhouse last night. He was joined onstage by fellow N.E.R.D. member Shay Haley and as well as performing a number of tracks from the band's catalogue, the duo teased a new album, NME reports.
About ten songs in, Haley addressed the audience saying, "It feels good to be back in London. When we released our first album back in 2001 and first crossed the Atlantic, this was the first place to embrace us. You're gonna like this sh*t we're gonna release..."
Pharrell then added, "There will always be an N.E.R.D. I'm happy to be a nerd; the bullies lost, the nerds win."
N.E.R.D. (Pharrell, Haley and Chad Hugo) last released an album in 2010, called Nothing. With four albums under their belts, their most well-known song is "Everyone Nose (All The Girls Standing In Line For The Bathroom)" off their record Seeing Sounds, AllHipHop notes.
