Kanye West recently submitted official documentation to secure a trademark for a catchy phrase closely linked to his wife, Bianca Censori.

Through this trademark, Kanye aims to introduce an intriguing range of products and offerings, including the captivating concepts of "biological cloning," "hydration solutions," "adorable plush toys," and "stylish jewelry with wireless capabilities."

Kanye's Trademarks Inspired By Bianca

Kanye West initiated nine trademark applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office under the phrase "I MISS YOU WHEN I WAKE UP BEFORE YOU."

In honor of Bianca's 29th birthday on January 5, he took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message alongside a photo of her. This came shortly after he had uploaded a collection of revealing images of the young architect.

Among the vast array of unique offerings under the rapper's trademark, a diverse range of goods and services can be found, from fashionable items to exquisite gems, cutting-edge technology, and scientific endeavors.

This eclectic mix includes the provision of exploration services catered to the oil, gas, and mining industries. Additionally, Kanye can find opportunities for involvement in chemical research, meteorological studies, map creation, and even the imaginative world of dress design.

As confirmed to the Daily Mail, Gregory K. Nelson, the attorney representing Kanye, disclosed that Ox Paha, Inc. has officially filed the applications.

This is the same entity that Kanye has previously utilized for his YEWS and YEEZY PODS trademark registrations.

Among the various items and offerings mentioned are "relaxing waterborne seating arrangements," "playful and interactive noise-making playthings," "innovative digital home decor concepts," "facilitating an online platform for users to donate gifts for charitable purposes," and "timekeeping devices and precision measuring instruments."

Upon receiving acceptance from the Office, the trademark application awaits assignment to an examiner. To obtain protection for all nine classes, it will be crucial for Kanye to demonstrate the actual use of the trademark in the examples provided.

Taking every measure to secure his YEWS trademark, the "Donda" rapper left nothing to chance.

Last year, he filed for its use in various sectors, diligently planning to apply the phrase to music, audio, entertainment content, financial services, beauty products, restaurants, and beyond.

Among the various peculiar demands, some extreme requests involved the utilization of "ordinary metals and their combinations" and "analytical and investigative studies in the industrial sphere."
