Taylor Swift 'Annoys' Real Travis Kelce, NFL Fans: 'Why Do We Need to See Her?'

It's "getting annoying," according to former NFL running back Tiki Barber, that the league is "obsessed" with Taylor Swift during Kansas City Chiefs games.

Since the end of September, Swift has gone to about a dozen of her boyfriend Travis Kelce's Chiefs games, including the pivotal playoff victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Even when Kelce isn't involved in any action on the field, the cameras can't help but focus on the pop sensation due to her widespread appeal.

Some viewers, like former Giants player Barber, are starting to become annoyed with the cameras moving to the hospitality suites to record Swift's emotions.

They want the attention to be entirely on the field. Barber stated on WFAN, "He scores a touchdown, and they pan to Taylor Swift immediately."

"Again? It's not even Travis Kelce. Maybe it's the Taylor Swift influence that has made me - I don't want to say turn sour - but just be slightly annoyed with the Kansas City Chiefs.It's also because they're always here," Barber continued.

"After you've been somewhere for so long and have had the success they've had, it becomes inevitable. Why are you guys continuing to show Taylor Swift? The obsession is getting annoying. Why do we need to see her?"

In Sunday's AFC Championship game against the Chiefs, fans hoping that Swift's time on television is coming to an end will be cheering for the Ravens.

Surely, even if she's not a player, the Super Bowl coverage will include a lot of her if Kelce drops Lamar Jackson's squad. She was clearly present at Sunday's game in Buffalo, even if Jason Kelce stole the show.

The Philadelphia Eagles were at the game, and even though his team was already out, he was spotted drinking beer with Bills tailgaters. He even hopped out of a luxury box without a shirt on to enjoy a drink.

Jason once went so far as to pick up a young female admirer and introduce her to Swift.

Swift, Jason Kelce, Brittany Mahomes, and Cara Delevingne were all in the same opulent suite as the Kelce family. Following his first touchdown against Buffalo, Travis Kelce gestured with his hands in a heart shape, pointing to her and his family within the luxury box.

Comments of Swift's debut in the NFL community have been conflicting.

Some have criticized the impact it has had on the Chiefs and Kelce, despite the fact that it has unquestionably led to an explosion of younger and female followers in the sport.

After losing five of their final eight games, the Chiefs' 6-1 start to the season resulted in them losing homefield advantage in the postseason. Swift was present for both of Kansas City's postseason games, which the team has won in a row.
