Rapper Blueface recently emerged victorious in court as a judge dismissed a lawsuit that implicated him in an alleged assault and the use of a derogatory term towards a man involved in the incident.

The case, which Ray Anthony Gonzalez brought forth, was ultimately thrown out by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, according to Radar Online.

Behind Bars But Ahead In Court

It came to the judge's attention that Gonzalez's legal representation had severed ties with him.

However, despite this setback, Gonzalez still needs to progress in advancing his case or seeking new legal counsel.

2021 saw Gonzalez file a lawsuit against Blueface and Blue Moon Hooka Lounge, citing accusations of assault, battery, gender violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

On December 21, 2019, Gonzalez found himself enjoying the ambiance of the lounge alongside his cousin as they gathered to commemorate a mutual friend's birthday.

During this lively affair, the alleged victim, having already spent a couple of hours reveling in the atmosphere of the lounge, encountered Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter.

According to Gonzalez, the rapper initiated the altercation by throwing a punch at him. In his act of self-defense, Gonzalez retaliated by swinging back.

The individual who filed the complaint asserted that it was Blueface, along with his entourage and the security personnel at the Hooka Lounge, who initiated the attack against him.

Following the initial assault, Gonzalez alleged that Blueface's security personnel struck him on his head with a bottle, resulting in his loss of consciousness and subsequent collapse to the ground.

Gonzales's cousin became aware of the situation and swiftly intervened to put an end to the ongoing act of violence.

"When [his cousin] emerged from the chaos of the raging crowd around [Gonzalez], her intention was clear: to intervene and halt the ongoing attack," according to court documents.

In a surprising turn of events, Gonzalez found himself at the receiving end of a series of aggressive actions.

"While being kicked and stomped on the floor, [Gonzalez] was again hit on the head several times with a large bottle, causing significant bleeding and a large laceration to the head, among other serious injuries. [Gonzalez] again lost consciousness for several minutes."

After being forcefully expelled from the nightclub, Gonzalez found himself subjected to another brutal assault. Once the violent attacks had subsided, both Gonzalez and his cousin sought refuge at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. The medical staff wasted no time in providing the necessary care for Gonzalez's numerous abrasions, lacerations, and head trauma.

After alerting the authorities at the Los Angeles Police Department, Gonzalez and his cousin immediately reported the incident. Seeking justice, Gonzalez pursued a civil lawsuit, seeking compensation for his medical expenses, injuries, and the emotional turmoil he allegedly experienced.

Fortunately, this story has a silver lining, as the lawsuit has been dismissed. However, the situation takes an unexpected turn as Blueface is incarcerated for an extended period, ensuring his absence for several months.
