• EDC Japan Announced By Insomniac Events For Summer 2016

    Insomniac Events' flagship event, Electric Daisy Carnival, has announced it will be headed to Japan in 2016. Details are scarce at the moment, but the event will take place in Tokyo in July next year. So far EDC has expanded internationally to the UK and to Mexico, but its base has been in the United States. The move abroad continues with this new announcement and pushes them into the fertile and fast-growing Asian market.

The "Strobe" producer took to Twitter in between shows in Europe to divulge some details about progress on the new studio he is building that has been in construction for quite some time and also new music he has in the works. According to deadmau5, real name Joel Zimmerman, a new album could be completed as early as January if everything goes to plan.

    Kanye West's Steve McQueen-directed music video for "All Day" has found a home after all. After West scrapped the nine-minute short film earlier this year in favor of a live visual, today (July 20), it was announced that the cinematic visual will be displayed at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The video also reportedly includes another new cut from West's hotly anticipated Yeezus follow-up SWISH, titled "I Feel Like That."

  • Psy's Red Rolls Royce Wrecked in China; Performer Unharmed in Accident

    "Gangnam Style" star Psy was reportedly involved in a car accident in Hangzhou, a city in Eastern China, over the weekend. Although the publicists for the K-Pop star didn't respond to calls for comments, all indications seem to suggest that the performer escape the incident unscathed.
