Even more unfortunate, a one-year-old child was killed in the aftermath as the suspects fled the scene, running into the stroller carrying the the infant a few miles away from the initial crime. Even Keef, one of the most bleak emcees in the hip-hop world, has had enough. He declared a free concert in memorial of the child, Dillan Harris, to be held on July 17. He encourages attendees to donate to assist the family with funeral costs and other expenses.
