Sean "Diddy" Combs may have unintentionally ignited a response from his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, after sharing his fun moments on social media, uncaring of people's opinions of him.
Ventura is obviously not pleased to see that Diddy is still trying to act like there's nothing to address and atone for by posting photos of him white water rafting late last month and then later posting video of him boarding a private jet.
In this recent weekend getaway, the "I Need A Girl" rapper was white water rafting along the Snake River, famous for its exciting class 2 and 3 rapids.
Insiders suggested that Diddy may have chartered a private raft, as typically, six to eight individuals are on board. This is contrary to the smaller group of four, which included Diddy and a guide.
He may be focused on himself and trying to project a "What, me worry?" attitude, but it is insulting to his alleged victims.
These posts appear to have motivated Cassie to make a comment through her legal representative especially since they came in the wake of a video surfacing from 2016 showing him allegedly assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel room.
In a statement to TMZ, attorney Douglas Wigdor said, "I don't think white water rafting will prepare him for the choppy waters that lie ahead."
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the lawyer representing accuser Adria English, also expressed her thoughts on the matter. She remarked, "After seeing Defendant Combs whitewater rafting and jetting around on his personal plane, seemingly enjoying life despite all the atrocities he has caused and has been accused of by countless individuals over decades, Mrs. English is even more motivated to ensure justice prevails."
To recall, the moful shared a video on his Instagram account capturing him boarding a private aircraft.
Diddy engaged in friendly conversation with the pilot before signaling approval to the camera. Notably, the rug inside the plane bore the name "Combs Air," hinting that he might be the flight's owner rather than a charterer.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Neama Rahmani, the head of West Coast Trial Lawyers, emphasized that although Diddy's rafting excursion may not be considered evidence in a legal setting, it still reflects poorly on him.
"Diddy's rafting is a bad look, but it's not admissible as evidence, so it won't affect the case. It's more bad PR than anything. Diddy is losing badly in the court of public opinion."
The expert went on to say that Diddy's potential sale of his Los Angeles mansion could indicate a need to secure funds for his increasing legal expenses.
The looming legal fees are anticipated to escalate significantly, Rahmani explained. Should Diddy face indictment, substantial financial resources will be required to mount a strong defense strategy.
Diddy's luxurious residence in the upscale Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles has been listed for sale at a staggering price of $70 million.
