British Vogue just unveiled its latest issue, which includes 40 "legendary" women, including several artists, but netizens were left unsatisfied.

Edward Enninful, the Editor-in-Chief of British Vogue and the European editorial director, decided his last cover to be one that would leave a lasting impression, and what would be more iconic than to gather 40 glamorous, successful, iconic women in the entertainment industry for a cover?

Among the celebrities included on the cover were several recording artists, Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Rina Sawayama, and Victoria Beckham, but for netizens, the representation of these four artists is not enough.

"How does Edward Enniful have a whole legendary Vogue cover without Beyonce?" One wrote.

"It's called a legendary issue but I see no legends."

Whereas for the "Renaissance" hitmaker, it is still unclear why she was not included on the cover, or whether she was invited to be there at all.

"I got my lucky No. 3 seat and so there's a story I want to tell that sums up this moment and I wasn't going to tell it, but now Mariah's here."
