Kelly Rowland is ready to move on from the drama that went down over the dressing rooms at the "Today with Hoda & Jenna" show.
"No, because I'm so excited and delighted to be here to talk about the movie and nothing else," the Destiny's Child alum replied during her interview with Chicago's WGN News when asked about allegedly "walking out" of the "Today" show.
"I love the 'Today' show, love Hoda and that is it," she added before promptly promoting her upcoming film on Netflix, "Mea Culpa," which will be available for streaming on Feb. 23.
This is the first time Rowland has addressed the "Today" show incident, wherein she allegedly "walked out" after complaining about the dressing room.
Kelly Rowland 'Walks Out' on the 'Today' Show
According to Page Six, a source came forward and revealed that the singer slash actress was displeased with the dressing room that was given to her and that the room she did want was occupied by Jennifer Lopez, who was also on the show to promote her newly released album.
"Kelly and her team were not happy. They did not like the dressing room, so they decided to pull her off the show, leaving [Kotb] without a guest host for the 10 a.m. hour," the insider said.
"She's beloved at 'Today.' She was getting the full hour, and Hoda's the biggest hype woman on the planet! It made no sense."
Additionally, previous reports noted that the "Today" show's dressing rooms are practically "glorified closets," and they are known to be some of the smallest in the industry.
"They're not nice. It's the oldest building. There are major space limitations, [it's] not glamorous. It's not fresh flowers, and candles, and gourmet food. It's basically [a] white box," a source described the dressing rooms.
