Last year, Bebe Rexha went viral after a fan threw a phone at her face during one of her concerts, and this caused other artists to speak out about proper etiquette when watching shows. More recently, it was reported that the assailant's charges could be dropped once he completes his community service.
According to People Magazine, the assailant named Nicolas Malvagna could potentially have his charges dropped nearly a year after he threw a phone at Rexha during her New York City show.
A court hearing was held earlier this month, and he reportedly took an offer for his charges to be dismissed once he completes his 40 days of community service.
However, there is a catch: he had to abide by a six-month protection order.
