Most of the time, people who go to concerts know almost the entire music catalog of the artists they watch, while others don't recognize all their songs. This is what happened to a woman who amassed mixed reactions as she was spotted using the Shazam app to figure out what song Taylor Swift was playing.
According to a news outlet, the pop singer had a concert in Sydney, Australia, and one woman, who appears to be middle-aged, was spotted in the audience using the Shazam app. Swift performs her track "Champagne Problems" at the same time.
The woman received negative reactions from fans as the video went viral on social media.

"How dare you not know champagne problems yet you're in TS concert????" one commented.
However, there were also fans who defended the woman as they said that she probably attended the show to accompany her daughter.
"People so mad but like... I know 90% of Taylor's songs. There are odd ones I either don't know because I haven't listened to them a lot, or I hadn't," one wrote.
