Atlanta rap trio Migos are living on the high right now.
In addition to releasing their trap-inspired musical Bando and a video for their club hit "Handsome And Wealthy," the group has been nominated for three BET Hip-Hop Awards and they just scored their first Billboard top 20 entry with "Fight Night."
According to the magazine's site, on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, the No Label 2 cut jumped 21-19. The group saw a decline in downloads this tracking week with 12,000 at a 6 percent drop.
However, the track pushed 22-18 on Rap Digital Songs. Streaming surpassed 1.1 million domestic clicks with 525,000 YouTube views.
Prior to "Fight Night," Migos' first appeared on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart with last year's No. 31-peaking "Versace."
"Fight Night" has seemingly surpassed the success of "Versace," the catchy track that catapulted Migos into mainstream stardom. The former has been nominated for Best Club Banger at this year's BET Hip-Hop Awards.
They are also nominated for the Who Blew Up Award and Best Mixtape for No Label 2.
Complex recently premiered the group's short film Bando, which captures the trials and tribulations Migos had to go through to make it to the top of the game including an early time when they were performing at small clubs and not sold out venues.
Prior to the short film's premiere, Quavo shed some light on the group's conception saying, ""We had a different ambition, we had a different way and we always got money. We always trend set. And we had some people down. I was down. But we came back up all together and all together we winning. This is how it all started."
