One of the victims of a 1999 New York City club shooting is willing to be operated upon in order to prove the claim that she was injured by Sean "Diddy" Combs.
Natania Reuben says she has no qualms about going under the knife to retrieve some bullet fragments from her face to back her claim that the rap mogul shot her in the face and got away with it.
She is adamant that the case be reopened, moreso as Combs' trafficking probe is ongoing.
Victim to Go Great Lengths To Prove Alleged Shooting by Diddy
One of three individuals injured in the 1999 incident, the 53-year-old stated to guest host Brian Entin on News Nation's "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" on Friday that she wants the bullet fragments removed from her face for ballistics evidence.
"I'm willing to have a doctor remove a part of the nine-millimeter bullet in my face so that they can use it as evidence if need be for this trial, and it may cost me my life," she said.
She also claimed she vividly recalled being shot by Combs.
"I literally watched them pull out the guns, I had a clear point of view. I mean, for God's sake, I got shot in my nose," Reuben said during her appearance. "I watched everything occur and have described it, vehemently to all parties involved. I have nine bullet fragments remaining in my face," she added.
Infamous Shooting Involving Diddy, Jennifer Lopez
It was earlier reported that the present trafficking probe that Combs is embroiled in may include a reexamination of the shooting and the 2001 trial that followed.
Combs is currently being investigated for claimed sexual abuse by a number of victims in a slew of lawsuits filed in recent months.
One of the most prominent complaints from February claimed that Combs forced music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones to have sex with sex workers and sexually attacked him.
Combs was aggressive, threatening "to eat" his face, brandishing a gun, and frequently "bragging about bribing witnesses, and jurors in the criminal case concerning the 1999 NYC nightclub shooting with Shyne," according to Jones' lawsuit.
