Amid legal troubles for the Bad Boy Records mogul, the Hollywood fashion world is turning its back on the renowned hip-hop icon. In a statement on December 11, 2023, a spokesperson for the Recording Academy emphasized the importance of the ongoing evaluation of Diddy's situation, stating, "We are fully dedicated to handling this matter with the utmost seriousness and diligence it necessitates."
Ultimately, Diddy chose not to appear at the prestigious award ceremony.
