The 2024 Met Gala invite list has confirmed the musicians who will be attending the show.
This announcement comes after the Metropolitan Museum of Art confirmed that the upcoming Costume Institute exhibition motif would be "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion."
2024 Met Gala Invite List Confirmed
On May 6, Page Six listed some of the biggest names in the 2024 Met Gala invite list less than a month before the highly anticipated event.
Musicians included in the invite list are Rihanna, Olivia Rodrigo, Jennifer Lopez and Bad Bunny.
Meanwhile, notable celebrities mentioned were Lily Gladstone, Ayo Edebiri, Gisele Bündchen, Kendall Jenner, Uma Thurman, Sarah Paulson, Cara Delevingne, Barry Keoghan, Zendaya and Chris Hemsworth.
According to Vogue, the upcoming exhibition will serve as "a garden of time."
"Think about how a garden gets its beauty from many different flowers and plants, now imagine the garden is the Met and the flowers are the attendees in looks inspired by fashion's many historical periods," it explained.
Editor-in-Chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour will be hosting the event. She has been hosting the crowd since 1995.
Meanwhile, Lopez, Bad Bunny, Hemsworth and Zendaya will reportedly act as co-chairs, replacing last year's co-chairs Dua Lipa, Roger Federer, Michael Coel and Penélope Cruz.

Where to Watch Met Gala 2024?
The official streaming channels for the Met Gala 2024 have yet to be confirmed. But last year, Vogue's website live-streamed the event simultaneously on its Instagram, X and TikTok accounts.
What to Expect From the Met Gala?
The Met Gala 2024 will reportedly feature 250 "sleeping beauties" that are too fragile to be sported again.
"Fashion is one of the most emotional artistic forms because of its connection to the body," Andrew Bolton, the Wendy Yu Curator in Charge of The Costume Institute, said, per Harper's BAZAAR. "It is imbued with memory and emotions, and we relate to it very much via our senses. One thing I hope this show will activate is that sensorial appreciation of fashion."
The Met Gala has been often dubbed the "Oscars of fashion," and it has always aimed to raise millions for the Costume Institute at the Met.
