Aaron Carter's doctor came forward to accuse the singer's ex-fiancée, Melanie Martin and her legal team of failing to share information in the wrongful death case.

In the court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Dr. John Faber alleged that Martin and her son, Princeton, have not been answering simple questions that could help in the bombshell legal battle. While he reportedly sent questions to Carter's family, he reportedly received their "evasive" and "incomplete" responses instead.

Faber treated Carter from 2020 to 2022, and he wanted the plaintiff to share "all specific acts or omissions (by description, date, and time) which you contend were negligent or below the standard of practice."

"Plaintiff failed to address any specific acts or omissions in which Dr. Faber committed or was involved. Furthermore, Plaintiff's response is so broad and vague that Defendants cannot articulate what Plaintiff contends Defendant, Dr. Faber, did that was negligent or below the standard of care," the physician's representative said.

The doctor previously denied allegations of wrongdoing, insisting "That all care, treatment, and procedures rendered to and performed upon the plaintiff's decedent were with the express and implied consent of plaintiff's decedent."

Martin filed the lawsuit on behalf of her and Carter's son, alleging the doctor prescribed Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam without any medical need and despite being aware of his father's "mental health and psychiatric condition."

This led them to push for a wrongful death lawsuit.

Carter was found dead by his housekeeper on November 5, 2022. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner determined that the singer's death was accidental. He drowned in a bathtub due to the effects of alprazolam (the generic form of Xanax) combined with difluoroethane (the gas used in cans of compressed air). The latter is often used as a propellant for air freshener products and can elicit feelings of euphoria with inhalation.

Carter was buried at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, where his twin sister, Angel Carter, left his portrait. Angel captioned the photo on Instagram, "He adored his fans, and I know how much this would mean to him now having a final resting place where we could all celebrate his life."
