Camila Cabello graced this year's Met Gala, themed "Garden of Time," garnering admiration for her attire among fans. However, the evening took a turn when a minor mishap occurred.

The musician encountered a wardrobe malfunction when her stunning gown ripped in the middle, but she handled it like a pro.

Per the People Magazine, the "Havana" songstress arrived on the Met Gala carpet wearing a Ludovic de Saint Sernin gown featuring over 250,000 Swarovski crystals.

Cabello also said her outfit was inspired by the beauty in "things decaying over time."

However, in photos circulating online, the musician returned to her hotel to change for an afterparty. A rip could be seen in her dress, exposing the skin-toned undergarments underneath.

Instead of panicking, a source told Daily Mail that the musician handled the situation "with ease and just laughed it off," noting that she wouldn't let anything ruin her evening.

Although the "Señorita" hitmaker appeared carefree as she strutted down the carpet, the dress was said to be 15 pounds, and it took artisans 450 hours to curate the gown.

In addition to the dress, another eye-catching detail of her outfit was a block of ice with a single rose inside.

In an interview with Extra, the former Fifth Harmony member said that the block of ice initially had straps to make it look like a purse, but it had melted off.

The latest news comes after Cabello took to her social media accounts to announce her new album, "C,XOXO," along with its official album art, which features her licking a blue lollipop.

The record will be available to purchase and stream starting June 28, 2024.

She released one single so far, the song "I Luv It" featuring Playboi Carti, which she performed at Coachella during Lana Del Rey's headlining set.

"Certain things in our human realm do make me feel like I'm in outer space, and the very rare few times where I've had incredible chemistry with someone is one of them," she said of the track in an interview with Paper magazine.

The musician's upcoming fourth studio album is a follow-up to record "Familia," which was released in 2022.
