50 Cent once again targeted Diddy in a recent social media post, following the release of a disturbing video depicting the rapper's violent altercation with his ex-partner, Cassie Ventura, in 2016.
The footage, obtained by CNN, captures Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, shirtless and pursuing Cassie through the corridors of the InterContinental Hotel in Century City.
In a shocking display, he forcefully grabs her, throws her to the ground, and kicks her while she lies motionless. He then confiscates her designer bags before dragging her back to their room.
Cassie later alleged in a lawsuit, which has since been settled, that Diddy paid the hotel $50,000 for the footage following the incident.
In response to the video's release, 50 Cent, known for his online jibes at Diddy's legal woes, took to Instagram to share the footage, sarcastically captioning it: "Now I'm sure puffy didn't do it, he is innocent this proves nothing!"
He added, "This is what his lawyers are gonna say, God help us all."

In a statement provided to MusicTimes, Cassie's attorney, Douglas Wigdor, expressed that the video has only served to confirm the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. The attorney also expressed how much courage and resilience have been demonstrated by Ms. Ventura in coming forward to expose this.
Merely two days following the 2016 incident, the couple appeared together on the red carpet, presenting a united front at the premiere of The Perfect Match.
Cassie filed a lawsuit against Combs last year, alleging rape and various other offenses.
They reached an out-of-court settlement in November for an undisclosed sum.
In a statement issued at the time, Cassie stated that she has merely.chosen to resolve this matter amicably on terms that afford her some degree of control. Despite this, she added that she is grateful to my family, supporters, and legal team for their unwavering backing.
Concurrently, Diddy's attorney stated in their own release that settling the case should not be interpreted as an admission of guilt.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office released a statement on Friday regarding the 2016 surveillance video.
"We are aware of the video that has been circulating online allegedly depicting Sean Combs assaulting a young woman in Los Angeles. We find the images extremely disturbing and difficult to watch," the statement on Instagram reads.
"If the conduct depicted occurred in 2016, unfortunately we would be unable to charge as the conduct would have occurred beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted. As of today, law enforcement has not presented a case related to the attack depicted in the video against Mr. Combs, but we encourage anyone who has been a victim or witness to a crime to report it to law enforcement or reach out to our office for support from our Bureau of Victims Services," the district attorney's office said.
50 Cent has since reacted to this statement, by saying this is the reason why the tape was released.
Many commented their frustration.
One wrote: "Why tf they keep saying alleged ???? Shawty ran down in a towel with no shoes. T WAS HIM! We saw it!"
Another commented: "Putting a time limit on reporting DV is nonsensical when you have video proof."
Others commented he should land in jail like Bill Cosby did.
