Natania Reuben, a victim of the 1990 Manhattan nightclub shooting, declared that Diddy's apology video has "zero value" for her.

Diddy recently had people raising eyebrows after he published a video apologizing for his actions toward his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, as seen in a now-viral video of his assault in 2006.

Reuben has since been claiming that Diddy had wronged her in 1999. In light of the revelation of more damning evidence against the rap mogul, Reuben opened up to News Nation about Diddy's apology.

"It has zero value to me. First and foremost, it is the classic scripted publicist apology. 'I take accountability. I was disgusted. I went to rehab.' I mean, how many times have we heard this narrative through the annals of time?" Reuben told the outlet.

Reuben echoed many people's sentiments online that his apology carried "no weight" because he never apologized directly to Ventura.

"It was all about him. 'I'm disgusted,' 'I hit a hard time.' It was all about him," Reuben added.

In his apology video, Diddy admitted his wrongdoing after the video had been published online.

"It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f***** up - I hit rock bottom - but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video," he emotionally said in the apology video.

Reuben has since been claiming that Diddy was the one who shot her in the infamous 1999 Manhattan nightclub shooting that left her and two other bystanders injured. According to her, Diddy wasn't properly charged with the crimes he had committed.

Although Diddy and rapper Shyne were arrested for the incident, Diddy was found not guilty on all the charges filed against him. Shyne then served for ten years in prison but maintains his innocence up to this day, insisting that he was the "fall guy."

Reuben has previously backed up Shyne on his innocence.

"I'm willing to have a doctor remove a part of the 9 mm bullet in my face so that they can use it as evidence if need be for this trial," Reuben told News Nation in an April 2024 interview. "Who better to tell you what happened than the person who got shot smack dab in between my eyes?"
