Jennifer Lopez Trusts Her Family the Most Despite Divorce Rumors With Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez got candid on how important her family is in an interview during the red carpet premiere of her new film Atlas. The new Netflix film stars Academy Award-nominated Sterling K. Brown, Lopez, and Simu Liu.

While Brown was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight, Lopez and Liu crashed the interview and talked about their moments together while filming.

A visibly happy Lopez chatted with the outlet, Brown and Liu, not stepping back on important questions, even at the height of rumors of her divorce from her husband, Ben Affleck.

When asked about the one person or thing they can always trust, Lopez says it's her "family."

The outlet also asked Lopez about her "next chapter" after the film, and the singer opened up about her upcoming tour.

"I have a tour coming up in the summer, a couple of movies coming out next year, so I'm excited," Lopez said. "It's just, like, a great time."

Despite being one of her biggest nights in months, Lopez arrived alone at the red carpet premiere, further fueling separation rumors between her and Affleck. However, many have spotted that Lopez wore her wedding ring to the star-studded event.

The public appearance came days after In Touch Weekly reported that the celebrity power couple is headed for divorce.

"The writing is on the wall - it's over," the source close to the scene shared. "They're headed for a divorce - and for once, [Ben's] not to blame!"

The insider also noted that the Batman actor "decided to call it quits" on his marriage to Lopez - the alleged real reason for his absence at the 2024 Met Gala. People reported that Affleck was in California shooting for The Accountant 2.

"He's focusing on his work and his kids now," the insider added. "Ben already moved out and they'll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They'll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her. There's no way it could have lasted."

In Touch Weekly also learned that Lopez is "hiring crisis PR to help navigate the divorce, as a "divorce filing is imminent."
