Kelly Rowland appears to be scolding a female security guard while she is walking the red carpet at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.

Page Six reported that when photographers at the festival were taking photos of Rowland, she was smiling and waving and appeared happy to be at the event.

At one point, when Rowland was at the stairs, she was still waving to the press. However, things began to escalate when the singer appeared to scold the female security guard who held her arm up on her back to guide her on the steps.

The female security guard appeared to be talking to either the singer-actress or the male security guard on her right. Whatever their conversation, it seemed like Rowland didn't like what happened as she appeared furious at the female security guard - even wagging her finger and pointing at her during what could be seen as a heated argument.

As of this writing, the cause of the commotion between Rowland and the female security guard has yet to be confirmed.

Rowland attended the Cannes premiere of Marcello Mio despite not being part of the cast and crew of the French-Italian comedy film.

The former Destiny's Child's hissy fit came months after she walked out of the Today show set after an alleged dispute with the producers.

Page Six sources revealed that Rowland "dramatically walked out" after seeing that her dressing room was not "up to snuff."

"Kelly and her team were not happy. They did not like the dressing room, so they decided to pull her off the show, leaving [Kotb] without a guest host for the 10 a.m. hour," a source divulged.

In an episode of the Hoda & Jenna show, Kotb finally broke her silence about the dressing room issue.

"I have great love and admiration for Kelly Rowland," she shared. "I adore her, and I want her to come back on our show, and I want her to host again."

However, The Wrap sources revealed that Savannah Guthrie's aggressive questioning prior to the break prompted her exit.

Rowland addressed the issue in a WGN News interview, saying, "I love the 'Today' show, love Hoda and that is it," before dismissing the issue altogether.
