Rapper Rubi Rose has shocked fans with an unusual method of making pasta.
Her new boyfriend, comedian Druski, took to Instagram to share a video of the "Big Mouth" songstress making him dinner. As she prepared what appears to be the sauce for spaghetti, fans noticed one unusual ingredient: ketchup.
Rose can be seen squeezing a bottle of Heinz ketchup onto the pan. The video, captioned "Yum...Spaghetti Night," went viral on social media. The untraditional recipe was called out by fans for being "disgusting," with one enraged critic calling it "an insult and affront to my Italian heritage."
"I'm all for trying new recipes, but spaghetti with ketchup? That's a bold culinary move," one response said.
"Oh Jesus how can she be so proud of this concoction she made," one fan roasted Rose, with another saying that it "looks like the first thing she's ever cooked."
A skeptic joked that "that ain't a kitchen, that's a laboratory." Another said that she and Druski would be "better off by eating spaghetti out the can."
Others began to take aim at their relationship in the replies, saying that it is "grounds for breaking up," encouraging Rose to leave the cooking "to the professionals."
As Rubi Rose's cooking skills continue to be called into question, look back on some other questionable recipes that music stars have revealed in the past.
Saweetie's Ranch Spaghetti
While the "Saweetie Meal" at McDonald's was a hit, the "Best Friend" rapper's cooking skills have occasionally been called into question. While Rose is going viral for using ketchup on her spaghetti, Saweetie faced backlash on the internet for putting ranch on her's.
Saweetie's cooking was branded as "gross" as a video shows her running with a bottle of ranch over to her plate of spaghetti, before dousing the pasta with the condiment.
"Painful, like watching someone pump regular unleaded into a Ferrari. What a waste," one fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter, in response to the video. Others did come to her defense, however, stating that they have tried the food hack and enjoyed it.

Adrienne Bailon's Fruit Punch Tuna Salad
Cheetah Girls singer Adrienne Bailon raised eyebrows on the internet when she revealed some of her strangest food combinations. While cheerios fried in butter and banana quesadillas caught everyone's attention, one stood out amongst them all: a tuna salad sandwich dipped in fruit punch.
"I've been told that I make the most incredible tuna fish salad. Like, you guys don't even understand," she starts out in the kitchen tutorial video." My tuna fish does not taste fishy, number one, and number two, its god mad flavor," she says in the video.
She reveals that "the key to some bomb tuna fish" is mayo, her other secret ingredient caught many by surprise. First, Bailon mixes the fruit punch into the salad itself. Then, once it is placed onto bread, she dips the entire sandwich into a glass of the fruity beverage.
She reveals that the idea for the unusual combination came to her when she was making a snack while living on the Lower East Side of New York City in high school.
"I already had really high-end taste buds with a really low-class budget," she said. "How do I create something that's amazing? And this my friends is what I created-and no one can tell me that doesn't taste bomb."
