Kanye West has chosen to remain quiet and out of the public eye amid an ongoing battery investigation linked to an incident at the Chateau Marmont involving his wife, Bianca Censori, and twins Mark and Jonnie Houston.
Following the battery incident involving the music artist and the wrong twin, recent reports indicate a significant change in the situation. Law enforcement sources have disclosed that despite the initial controversy, there has been a noticeable silence from both parties involved, per HotNewHipHop.
TMZ also released an update revealing that the twins, known for their establishments in Los Angeles and the artist, have refrained from making any public statements or appearances in the past month.
Law enforcement officials told the media that there is a lack of definitive proof regarding the reported assault, emphasizing the importance of West and the twins' collaboration in the investigation process.
Despite repeated attempts by authorities to establish communication, the trio has thus far remained unresponsive.
TMZ has reported that according to law enforcement sources, West and the Houston twins have resolved the issue among themselves, per their arrangements.
Insufficient evidence and the trio's lack of communication prevented the authorities from forwarding the case to the L.A. City Attorney's office. Despite this, the case is still considered active and unresolved.
West found himself amid a conflict in April. Accused of being involved in a physical altercation, he was reported for allegedly striking a man who had made unwelcome advances towards Censori.
At that moment, his rep told the Daily Mail that the altercation didn't involve a mere bump or push.
According to his spokesperson, one of the twins allegedly sexually assaulted his wife by slipping his hands under her dress and even gesturing with "blown kisses" in her direction.
His rep said, "'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted. The assailant didn't merely collide into her."
"He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."

However, West allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with one of the twin owners of several popular bars and restaurants in Los Angeles.
In a conflicting narrative, West and Censori alleged that the altercation started when Censori accidentally collided with one of the brothers before being attacked by West.
Later on, the twin exited to join his companions.
However, moments later, West approached the group, engaging in a heated exchange with the man before delivering a forceful blow to his face.
The altercation left uncertainty surrounding which twin had the initial encounter with Censori and who ended up receiving West's punch. While the Houston twins are known to be regulars at the hotel, it remains uncertain whether they crossed paths with West before this incident.
Following the altercation at the hotel, West swiftly exited before law enforcement arrived, leaving authorities eager to question him about the incident.
Allegedly, West landed two punches on the wrong sibling, as sources from law enforcement were unable to uncover any proof of the brother's involvement in the altercation with Censori.
