Nicki Minaj was recently involved in an issue in Amsterdam. She was arrested, detained, and released on the same day, which prompted her to cancel her concert in Manchester. To make up for her supporters, the female rapper interacted with them outside of her hotel.

In a video circulating on social media, the "Pink Friday Girls" hitmaker can be seen wearing a massive hot pink jacket, a pink beanie, and a pair of pink sneakers. In the early hours of the day, she went outside her hotel room to address her recent arrest and talk to fans waiting for her to perform in the United Kingdom.

The clip began with fans screaming, but Minaj knew it was early in the morning, so she kept shushing them to stay quiet.

Several crowd members could also be heard shouting that they came from different countries.

"I love you and I'm sorry this happened tonight," she said.

In addition to speaking to her fans, who personally visited her at the Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester, the musician took to social media to issue a lengthy statement about the cancellation of her concert.

"Thank you to everyone who prayed for me today. May God cover you & all that is connected to you. May you be blessed beyond your imagination," she wrote.

She also addressed her recent arrest, saying "they" succeeded at their plan to not let her go on stage in the United Kingdom. She added that "they" have been doing this many times, and Minaj tried not to discuss it publicly because her fans only deserve "the good stuff."

"I'll find a way to not only make up the date with the performance but I'm going to create an added bonus for everyone that had a tkt for this show. Promise," she added.

Minaj assured her fans that although her first Manchester show was rescheduled, she will still perform on a second date on May 30. The new date for her canceled show is also being discussed, possibly in July or June.

The recent news comes after the rapper was arrested at Schipol Airport in Amsterdam on suspicion of exporting soft drugs.

The "Moment 4 Life" hitmaker filmed her arrest, and she livestreamed it to Instagram to share her interaction with the authorities.
