Fans of Taylor Swift, who traveled from the United States to Europe for The Eras tour, were disappointed by the arrangement of the arena performance.

Jenny Berger, a social media user, recently shared her dissatisfaction with Swift's concerts in Lisbon, Portugal.

The European segment of Swift's highly anticipated tour has faced various challenges, from ticket complications to COVID-related worries.

Berger and her friends expressed discontent as individuals holding general admission tickets maneuvered their way into the VIP section at the arena.

Berger started by expressing the team's frustration: "Update, we're pretty pissed," she revealed in a video that has since been removed but later circulated on X, as reported by the Daily Mail.

In the exclusive "VIP 1" section, attendees are treated to the experience of the "It's Been a Long Time Coming VIP package."

Priced at approximately $845 in the United States and €539 in Portugal, this package offers fans a reserved spot on the floor, a unique collection of four Swift prints explicitly created for VIPs, expedited check-in, a dedicated entrance, early access to the venue, and a stress-free VIP merchandise shopping spree.

Among the additional benefits were a limited-edition Eras tote bag, a unique Swift pin, a sticker and postcard collection, a keepsake concert ticket, and an innovative LED tour laminate doubling as an interactive accessory for the event.

Berger expressed frustration about the expensive ticket price and how general admission attendees were being disruptive.

She recorded her surroundings, highlighting individuals she suspected were not VIP ticket holders who had paid significantly less but were positioned ahead of them.

"We paid a s--- ton for our ticket and general admin is pushing us around. They paid $300 less for their ticket and they're standing in front of us."

"I didn't expect this, and I'm sorry we paid way too much for this, why are we not roped off? I just don't get it."

Upon being posted on X, the video quickly garnered approximately 2.4 million views, prompting a wave of reactions and comments from viewers discussing the events depicted.

Some individuals highlighted the cost-effectiveness of participating in the Eras tour in Europe instead of the United States.
