Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's reported marital dispute seemed to have affected the singer's well-being.
An In Touch Weekly source has revealed that the "On The Floor" singer is "barely eating" amid the rumors of her divorce.
In the Atlas premiere, Lopez looked significantly thinner but more toned as she flaunted her stunning physique in her white and black fishtail gown. Although she arrived alone, she brushed off rumors of her divorce from Affleck when she wore her wedding ring on the red carpet.
Lopez shared in an episode of Live with Kelly and Mark that she had shed weight when filming Kiss of the Spider Woman.
"It was all singing and dancing, which was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting as well," Lopez confirmed. "Now, I'm ready to go. I'm the thinnest I've ever been. I'm in fighting shape right now."
Lopez's statements came days before In Touch Weekly reported that the couple were "headed for a divorce."
"Jennifer is in denial," the source added. "But it's over, and this will go down as the divorce of the century."
Since reports about their marital issues emerged, Lopez and Affleck have reunited twice for events concerning their children. However, Lopez goes out alone on recent public outings that she and Affleck usually attend together.
When Lopez co-chaired the 2024 Met Gala, she also arrived at the red carpet alone. People reported that Affleck was in California filming for The Accountant 2.
TMZ has reported that Affleck has been staying in another residence after moving out of their millions-dollar Beverly Hills mansion with Lopez. A People source said that Affleck and Lopez's marriage is "not in the best place" at the moment, echoing the many reports about their marital dispute.
The insider concluded, "I don't know if they will split, or if this is something they will work through."
As for Affleck, he had devoted his attention to their children and work.
"Ben already moved out and they'll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They'll never stop loving each other, but she can't control him, and he can't change her. There's no way it could have lasted," the In Touch Weekly insider revealed.
