Former employees of hip-hop icon Sean "Diddy" Combs have recently made troubling allegations regarding his behavior in the workplace, which can be described as degrading and abusive.

These revelations have brought attention to a toxic work environment and accusations of interpersonal violence, which have had a negative impact on Combs' reputation.

Specific employees from Sean "Diddy" Combs' lifestyle brand, Sean John, and his now-closed advertising agency, Blue Flame, shared their distressing experiences.

They described instances of what they perceived as "erratic" behavior, including allegations that Combs physically grabbed, verbally berated, and threatened them.

Choosing to share their stories anonymously to The Daily Beast, it is apparent that these former employees expressed concerns about potential repercussions.

One female ex-employee recounted a troubling encounter where Combs forcefully grabbed her face during a disagreement.

She vividly remembered, "He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says, 'Stick out your tongue,' and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me."

The former staffer expressed her shock and discomfort, leading her to immediately pursue other job opportunities.

These employees also recalled instances where Combs exhibited aggressive behavior toward them, fostering a culture of fear within the workplace.

One former employee noted that Combs would often become confrontational, particularly when faced with challenges.

The high-pressure atmosphere within the company was compared to that of Game of Thrones, with employees feeling constantly tense and cautious due to Combs' unpredictable demeanor.

The recent release of a troubling surveillance video, which captured Combs allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway, makes the claims made by former employees not that unbelievable.

In response to the video's circulation, Combs issued an apology, acknowledging his actions and taking responsibility.

Nonetheless, he has suggested that the footage may not have fully captured the entirety of the incident, making people doubt his apology.

It's also not only Ventura who suffered under the brunt of Combs' harsh ways. According to an insider, his ex-girlfriend way back college suffered being beaten in public.

An eyewitness shared with Rolling Stone an incident at Howard University in the late 1980s, where Diddy was "screaming at the top of his lungs" and then belting his ex in all parts of her body for everyone to see.

"[He] whupped her butt - like really whupped her butt," the anonymous source disclosed.

"She was trying to defend herself a little bit. She was crying," they recounted. The unidentified former girlfriend opted not to comment on the report.
