Miley Cyrus' stalker has been arrested again after violating a restraining order.

Alexander Kardalian showed up at the "Flowers" singer's Los Angeles home with a teddy bear that was meant for her, Daily Mail reports. The 52-year-old was previously arrested in January for showing up at the Grammy-winner's house.

He showed up around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday night after one of the 31-year-old singer's security guards recognized him right away from his past offenses. He immediately detained the man before calling the police. Cyrus was not home at the time and, while he did get onto the property, he did not get near the main house.

Kardalian was taken into prison, where he was booked for misdemeanor violation of a court order. The incident is currently being investigated by LAPD Threat Management.

The obsessive fan showed up to Cyrus' home in January with a stuffed animal, after the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker was granted a court-ordered protection against him in September of 2023. The order was issued just days after he had been released from prison.

His January arrest happened at 1:00 a.m., after Cyrus and her team had called authorities. She was, in fact, home at the time and knew that it was someone that she had dealt with in the past.

His years-long obsession with the Hannah Montana star has been sending her letters since 2018. In the unwanted and creepy notes, he detailed his obsessions with her. They included sexually-charged comments about her, along with requests for money.

He had also been using her home address for health insurance-related purposes. Some letters also had a much scarier theme, with Kardalian saying that he "doesn't give a f- if he lives" if she did not respond to his notices.

During the summer of 2022, he showed up at her house on two occasions. Following the "obsessive behavior," he was escorted off the property both times. After being locked up in December 2022, he was residing in San Quentin State Prison until August of 2023.

The scary instances could be a contribution as to why Cyrus has taken a major step back from the general public in recent years. In a new interview, she reveals that her extreme privacy is part of why she and Beyonce are such good friends.

"Sometimes I forget to talk about things that are a normal part of my day-to-day, like texting with Beyoncé. I think it's a really cute part of our relationship, because over the past couple of years I've really locked down on my privacy and on what I share with the public. She's the same way. Part of our relationship is the safety between us."

While the pair collaborated on the Cowboy Carter songstress' "II Most Wanted" song, Cyrus says their relationship goes far beyond the recording booth.
