Matty Healy, frontman of the band The 1975, may have recently confirmed his engagement to Gabbriette Bechtel.
Bechtel posted on her Instagram story during Charli XCX's performance in New York City, hinting at the singer's upcoming album, Brat.
In the image she shared online, the fashion it girl proudly displayed a striking black ring on her finger, perfectly complementing her gothic style.
She captioned it with, "MARRYING THE 1975 IS VERY BRAT."
In the following social media update, the Nasty Cherry member was captured pouting in front of a mirror while displaying a gemstone.
Without delay, Healy reshared the post, solidifying speculations about the couple's journey towards matrimony.
People magazine reported that Bechtel and Healy's romantic relationship began in September of 2023. The couple's engagement announcement follows closely on the heels of Healy's recent media attention due to his notable presence in his former girlfriend Taylor Swift's most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department. In the album, some songs dig into Swift's relationship with the lead singer of The 1975. Whether it's standing up for her love in "But Daddy I Love Him" or reliving heartbreak as she sees her former partner at "The Black Dog" pub, Swifties have pinpointed various tracks referred to as "diss tracks" about the "Chocolate" singer. Though he previously said he never really listened to the album when it was released, an insider revealed to Us Weekly that Healy has been left blindsided by the entire thing.

With a smile, he confidently claimed in April, "I haven't really listened to that much of it, but I'm sure it's good," as paparazzi approached him on the bustling city street.
But now, he believes the album is "hilarious."
According to a close friend of the rock star who spoke to the magazine, "He loves the attention it's brought to him, [but] he also thinks it's hilarious because at no time [were they] ever serious."
The friend claimed that the 35-year-old British singer was caught off guard by Swift's unexpected incorporation of themes related to marriage and starting a family in her song lyrics.
"For her to be saying things about baby carriages ... and living together - he says it had never even come up. He's taking it in stride."
Swift and Healy's fling happened last year, shortly after her split from boyfriend Joe Alwyn.
During the week of the TTPD album release, Denise Welch, who is Healy's mother, couldn't resist cracking a joke about the release on the television show Loose Women.
"I wasn't aware she had an album out at all. I haven't heard anything about it. Anyway, I wish her all the best," Welch reportedly said per Billboard.
According to Healy's aunt, speaking to the Daily Mail, her nephew would not be caught off guard by Swift's lyrics and is thrilled with his Bechtel.
"We know a bit more about what went on than has been in the press."
