The recent news comes after Camila Cabello was accused by online users of copying Charli XCX as they claimed her upcoming album has similarities to the pop star's recent project, Brat.
The former Fifth Harmony singer previewed different vinyl variants of her album during a 7-Eleven merch pop-up in Miami, FL.
Some vinyl records featured a sky-blue background with stretched-out "C, XOXO" text, which many pointed out was similar to Charli's Brat album.
"Not her trying to copy Charli's font She really a snake in sheep's clothing," one wrote on X.
This wasn't the first time the former X-Factor contestant was accused of copying Charli as she was previously called out for her song "I Luv It," which many believed to be similar to the latter's song "I Got It."
Charli responded by taking to social media and sharing a video of herself vibing to her track while riding a car, similar to what Cabello did when she first teased the songs.
In response to the accusations, the singer told Paper she loves Charli XCX, adding, "I think [comparing us is] a huge compliment. Charli loves me, so everybody can f*** off."
C, XOXO will be Camila Cabello's fourth studio album following her three solo records: Camila, Romance, and Familia. She was also able to drop three albums back when she was still a member of Fifth Harmony.
Some songs from her album like "I Luv It" and "He Knows" were already released as promotional singles.
