In Touch Weekly has obtained legal documents revealing that Sean "Diddy" Combs' son, Justin Combs, was sued by Porsche Leasing LTD.

Per the court documents, Justin entered a lease for a new 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8 in January 2022. Since then, Justin has agreed to pay $3,365.23 for 42 times.

However, Justin defaulted on the deal when his payment in December 2023 failed to go through. The lessor noted in the deal that if the lessee defaulted on the payment, the entire amount of the lease would be owed immediately.

"Therefore, there is now due, owing and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full," the lawsuit read.

Porsche Leasing LTD added that they had "performed all obligations on their part to be performed under the terms of the Agreement," noting that they have the right to take possession of the car immediately.

In the filing, Porsche Leasing demands the court to order Justin to return the car and pay the $172,000 plus interest.

However, sources told the outlet that the billing was sent to an old address. Another source revealed that as soon as Justin learned about the complaint, Justin immediately took action and paid for the bill.

"Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped," Justin's lawyer said in a statement, adding that the lawsuit would be dismissed next week.

Justin's recent legal headache wasn't the first time he was roped into scandal. In June 2023, he was arrested for driving under the influence in Beverly Hills, California. He pleaded no contest to one count and avoided jail time, but he was ordered to complete an alcohol education program and even pay some fines.

Justin's legal problems came at a time that his father, Diddy, was subjected to intensified backlash and scrutiny over his piling lawsuits, alleging him of sexual assault and harassment, among many others.
