Following Billy Ray Cyrus' decision to end his marriage from Firerose, he revealed that his estranged wife reached out to him with a heartfelt plea for reconciliation shortly after.
This revelation came in response to her allegations of "severe verbal, emotional, and psychological mistreatment" outlined in a legal document, per the NY Daily News.
According to the note obtained by Page Six, the Australian singer messaged Cyrus, "I miss you more than I can possibly explain in words, Baby."
"Please let's work this out and not become anything but closer out of this hellish experience. I need you. I love you. I am so sorry."
Additionally, Page Six reportedly obtained a lengthy text message from Firerose following their separation.
"I'm praying with my entire soul that we can find each other again today. I feel completely lost & miss you more than I can explain. You have been my best friend in the world every day for over 4 years. 24/7. I miss you terribly."
"My heart is shattered & I need my best friend right now more than ever."
Reports indicate the singer-songwriter supposedly mentioned shedding 5 pounds due to the strain of her impending divorce, only to later reaffirm her love once more to the country music crooner.
Per the message seen by the outlet, Firerose wrote, "I don't want to live without you. Please give me a chance to make this right. I can explain everything but I need you by my side."

Initiating divorce proceedings against the 36-year-old back in May, the 62-year-old famous dad of Miley Cyrus, claimed that their split was inevitable due to irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital behavior.
Cyrus sought an divorce, alleging fraud had tainted their marriage.
Providing further insight into his allegations of marital deceit, the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer recently submitted an updated divorce filing.
Initially, his allegations pointed towards Firerose for allegedly concealing her previous marriage before their relationship.
Additionally, he insisted that her surname, "Hodges," belonged to her former husband and not her biological father.
Consequently, Cyrus contended that his estranged wife had deliberately engaged in deceitful behavior to acquire his well-known family name. It is worth noting that she continues to use Firerose Cyrus as her name on the social media platform Instagram.
According to the document, if Cyrus had been aware of the information provided beforehand, he would not have entered the bonds of marriage ... because he did not know the true person she was.
Cyrus further claimed Firerose attempted to alienate him from his loved ones. It is well-known that Cyrus had a falling out with his children shortly after starting a relationship with Firerose.
