Spears also shared a photo of her lounging by the pool with her legs crossed. The "Baby One More Time" singer then showcased chic dresses in subsequent posts from her hotel room, gearing up for a fun night in Sin City.
She excitedly shared her debut in a stunning cocktail dress, exclaiming, "First cocktail dress ever !!! Playing in Vegas today and tonight too."
Her playful Instagram updates comes shortly following Justin Timberlake's arrest.
However, amid the DWI arrest comes a now-resurfaced video from 2007.
The video showed the "Cry Me A River" singer advising Spears to refrain from consuming alcohol.
Timberlake, at the time, received a Brit Award in a pre-recorded clip, he advises, "Stop drinking. You know who you are. I'm speaking to you. Stop drinking, you're going to get sloppy. OK [magazine] is going to say something bad about you," according to the Daily Mail.
At the time of his controversial statements, Spears faced intense scrutiny and made headlines by shaving her head just 48 hours following the awards ceremony.

Following the controversial comments, it was clarified that his remarks were not directed at Spears as initially thought.
In an interview with GQ, the NSYNC star emphasized that he was referring to the general audience and not specifically targeting anyone.
Timberlake's mugshot was made public on Tuesday morning revealing the "Selfish" singer looking directly at the camera with eyes that appeared "glassy" and "bloodshot," according to the details in the police report.
His arrest comes a night of fun with his friends at the American Hotel. Law enforcement officers were reportedly stationed outside the establishment where he was dining just before his arrest.
Following the dinner party, the Grammy award recipient left the venue just past midnight. Law enforcement officers subsequently stopped him for a traffic infraction, as witnesses reported that he had disregarded a stop sign and exhibited erratic driving behavior.
According to a source familiar with the situation, Timberlake's friends pleaded the police to release him during the incident.
Insiders revealed that Timberlake even underwent a field sobriety examination but declined to take a breathalyzer test, per Fox News.
