Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have different reactions after the sale of their Beverly Hills mansion attracted the press' attention.
TMZ first reported that Lopez and Affleck began looking for a new owner of their Los Angeles home, which they purchased for $60.8 million in 2023. The development fueled the divorce rumors, especially since reports have revealed their ongoing marital struggles.
The listing price has not been revealed, but it was noted they would like to receive at least $65 million for it.
Amid the sale, Affleck and Lopez have reportedly endured more tension in the relationship.
"Jennifer is distraught. She wants to sell their house off-market to try and get less attention surrounding it," a source told Us Weekly, adding, "Ben doesn't care about the negative attention [because] he's been through this before and it doesn't faze him."
Their reactions contradicted what they showed in the past.
The "On the Floor" singer has always been open about their relationship despite Affleck's wish to keep things private. Meanwhile, the Justice League star has long clarified before their reunion that they want them to be away from social media and the public eye.
"They just have very different approaches when it comes to media attention. Ben hates all attention and it makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach," said one insider in an interview with People.

With Affleck's unfazed reaction to the current media attention, fans assumed he had already gotten enough of Lopez's non-stop desire for attention.
"Ben has gotten very good at biting his tongue, but it's known that he's not happy at all about J.Lo's endless need for attention. Things that are private I always felt are sacred and special because, in part, they're private. So this was something of an adjustment for me," the insider continued.
Affleck and Lopez have not directly commented on the divorce buzz. Over the past weeks, the Air actor has been spotted spending more time with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their kids.
Lopez also took a solo trip to Italy after previously trying to connect with her husband during a basketball game with his son.
The pair, still, have remained friendly amid the buzz.
