Travis Scott Miami Arrest: Rapper Charged with Disorderly Intoxication, Trespassing 1 Month After Cannes Brawl

Miami authorities detained rapper Travis Scott in the early hours of Thursday, June 20.

The "Astroworld" rapper underwent processing at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:35 AM.

Jail records obtained from a local news source indicate that law enforcement charged him with trespassing after a warning and disorderly intoxication.

Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, posted a $650 bond and is expected to be released by tomorrow morning.

According to a report by 7 News Miami, Scott, who shares two children with Kylie Jenner, was taken into custody for refusing to leave a boat.

Officers from the Miami Beach Police Department stated that he appeared intoxicated and was causing a disturbance, repeatedly ignoring requests to vacate the boat.

Scott appears subdued and tired in his booking photo in the mugshot that is currently circulating on social media.

The "SICKO MODE" rapper's apprehension follows a reported altercation with Tyga, Jenner's former boyfriend, during an event in Cannes. Several recordings captured the two rappers engaged in a physical altercation during the May event.

The initial confrontation erupted near a DJ platform at an event hosted by organizer Richie Akiva, nearly escalating into a public spectacle. Involved in the altercation were Cher's boyfriend, Alexander "AE" Edwards, and music producer Southside.

Initially, Richie enthusiastically announced Scott and Tyga's presence to the audience, allegedly irritating Travis.

According to TMZ, Scott promptly grabbed the microphone from Akiva, made threatening remarks toward Tyga's security team, and quickly left the stage in a fit of anger.

The fight broke out on stage between Southside and AE, just when Scott and Southside were on stage, according to a report by Page Six. Following the altercation, Scott was involved in a physical confrontation with Edwards. Sources report that security intervened and managed to resolve the altercation without serious injuries.
