Billy Ray Cyrus has amended his divorce filing to include fresh allegations against his estranged wife, Firerose.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, June 17, the country star asserted new claims regarding efforts to isolate him from his family.
"Additionally, since the Plaintiff filed his initial complaint, he discovered that the defendant had been conducting a campaign to isolate the Plaintiff from his family," the updated document revealed. "He has discovered that the Defendant, unknowingly to Plaintiff, blocked at least one (1) of his daughters from being able to contact him on his phone(s) or electronic devices."
Billy Ray, 62, shares daughters Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus with ex-wife Tish Cyrus, and is the adoptive father of Tish's daughter Brandi from a previous relationship. He did not specify which daughter he was referring to in his divorce amendment. It can be both.
Billy Ray initially filed for an annulment of his marriage to Firerose, 34, whom he married in October 2023, on May 23, alleging that the marriage was "obtained by fraud."

He later sought a temporary restraining order against Firerose, claiming she made unauthorized purchases with his credit cards, as reported by Us Weekly.
In response, Firerose, whose legal name is Johanna Rose Hodges, filed her own documents on June 14, accusing Billy Ray of "extreme verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse."
Billy Ray's attorneys responded to these accusations, stating to Us Weekly, "The allegations that Ms. Hodges states in her answer and counter-complaint are especially confusing and suspicious in its veracity since she begged Mr. Cyrus to forgive her and take her back only 2 days after he filed his pleadings to dissolve his marriage."
Included in their response was a handwritten letter allegedly from Firerose to Billy Ray after he filed for divorce.
"I miss you more than I can possibly explain in words Baby," the letter said. "Please let's work this out and not become anything but closer out of his hellish experience."
The strained relationship between Billy Ray and his daughters, particularly Miley, 31, has also been a point of public interest.
Since his divorce from Tish in 2022, Miley has shown support for her mother's relationship with Dominic Purcell, 54, even serving as maid of honor at their wedding in 2023. However, she has been less vocal about her relationship with her father, notably omitting him during her acceptance speeches at the Grammys in February.
Meanwhile, Noah, 24, did not attend Tish and Dominic's wedding, instead wearing a Billy Ray Cyrus T-shirt on the day of the nuptials.
Subsequently, reports emerged indicating that Noah had previously been involved with Dominic, before he began dating her mother.
