Taylor Swift recently performed three nights at the Anfield Stadium in Liverpool as part of her ongoing Eras Tour. It was reported that the musician made a very generous move to help people in need in the city when she played for fans.

According to a report by the Daily Mirror, the musician made "a generous donation" to the St. Andrew's Community Network. This non-profit organization operates 11 food banks and eight community pantries around North Liverpool.

Swift's significant move was initially a secret as she never announced it publicly, but Rich Jones, the chief executive of the community network, shared his sentiments about the matter, saying the donation would make a big difference to the thousands of people they help around the city.

On the other hand, a fundraiser for the network named Charlotte thanked the pop star for her charitable act, saying, "So many people are struggling at the moment and need for all our services has sadly increased over the last few years, so to have someone like Taylor supporting our endeavours and choosing to help people in crisis in Liverpool means so much and will make a massive difference."

She further discussed that the non-profit organization helps over 36,000 people through its food banks and community food spaces network. They also help hundreds with debt and welfare benefits advice as they aim to free people from poverty.

It was in the same city where Taylor Swift performed her 100th Eras Tour concert, where she announced that her series of shows would end later this year.

"People have been like, 'How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?," she told fans, adding that the celebration is the first time that she acknowledged to herself that the tour will end in December.

Fans initially thought Swift would add more dates following her shows in Canada later this year, but after the confirmation, the musician won't add more.

"I think I once had hobbies, but I don't know what they were anymore. All I do when I'm not on stage is sit at home and try to think of clever acoustic song mash-ups and think about what you might want to hear," she reflected on her touring life.

The final Eras Tour concert will occur at the BC Place in Vancouver, BC, from December 6 to 8.
