Justin Timberlake has reportedly sold his 127-acre property in Tennessee before he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Radar Online sources have revealed that the sale came amid his lagging ticket sales for his upcoming concert tour. The outlet noted that Timberlake had listed his home for $10 million, sitting 20 miles outside Nashville, but he has only sold it for $8 million.

The sprawling property features horseback riding trails, green pastures, and picturesque mountain views. The Sun reported that court documents revealed that the property was described to be "underdeveloped."

Although the asking price was $10 million – he sold it for $8 million. It was still a huge profit for him, considering he bought it for $4 million in 2015.

Notably, Timberlake opted for a modest lifestyle. Architectural Digest reported that Timberlake sold his Hollywood Hills mansion for $35 million in 2021 and his Tribeca penthouse flat for $21 million in 2022.

Timberlake's financial endeavors were revisited after his controversial arrest in Sag Harbor, Long Island, New York, on June 18, 2024.

Timberlake was eating out with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor before he drove off in his car. Cops stationed outside the hotel spotted and followed him.

"[Timberlake] was out to dinner with friends, and cop cars were stationed outside the restaurant like most nights," an insider told The Daily Mail. "They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking."

He was charged with a count of driving while intoxicated and cited for two traffic violations. Eventually, the singer was released without bail on Tuesday morning.

Although Timberlake maintained that he only had one martini, the complaint listed him as someone who "was unable to divide attention," having "slowed speech," "unsteady afoot, and even "performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests."

Page Six reported additional details about the interaction of the arresting officer.

At one point, Timberlake's friends told the cops to let the *NSYNC frontman go. Notably, the arresting officer was so young that he did not recognize Timberlake.

"He didn't recognize him or his name," one of the insiders revealed. "Justin said under his breath, 'This is going to ruin the tour.' The cop replied, 'What tour?' Justin said, 'The world tour.'"
