Earlier this year, Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Kelley, was arrested and booked into an Alabama jail. She was sentenced to 60 jails behind bars with an additional 39 days, but she was reportedly released early.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, an Alabama judge ordered the musician's daughter to be released from Elmore County Jail on May 23, meaning she became a free woman a couple of days ahead of her supposed release time.

As of this writing, neither Wynonna Judd nor Grace Kelley has yet to publicly share a statement about the recent release.

In early reports, as reported by People magazine, Kelley was booked into the Elmore County Jail and was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Her bond was set at $1,000 at the time of her arrest.

It was previously reported that the singer's daughter "exposed her breasts and lower body" along the Interstate 65 and Highway 14 intersection in Millbrook. She also sat on the side of the road and refused to comply with the officer.

When authorities got involved, Kelley refused to share her identity and cooperate with police officers.

"When talked to, she became agitated asking if she was being detained, it was not illegal to trade her body for a ride," the report reads, adding that she was dressed inappropriately in a short skirt and a top that exposed her chest and crotch areas.

"When she refused to cooperate, she was told she was under arrest at which point she passively resisted the officer. She sat down on the roadside edge, and refused to cooperate," the report added.

A few days later, she was officially charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstruction of governmental operations. Police Chief P.K. Johnson later confirmed that she held a sign that read "Ride for a Ride" on the side of the road as she exposed her upper body.

Following the arrest, a source spoke with the Daily Mail to share Wynonna Judd's reaction to the incident, saying the musician felt "powerless" because she couldn't do anything.

"Whenever Grace gets back on track, she falls right off track again and it is a pattern that has no end," the source added.

This wasn't the first time Grace Kelley had legal troubles; she was previously sentenced to eight years in prison.
