Justin Timberlake is business as usual following his arrest. He immediately returned to touring following his run-in with the law. More recently, it was reported that the singer and his wife, Jessica Biel, have already moved on from his DWI arrest.

A source who spoke with People magazine said: "They've moved on from the arrest. They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead."

A source also noted that Biel is focusing on her upcoming Prime Video series The Better Sister as she continues to support her husband on tour.

"They're always supportive of each other's careers," the insider said, adding, "Jess would never miss a show when she's able to attend."

The recent news comes after Timberlake was arrested on DWU charges following a night out with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. At the time, the musician was pulled over by a young cop who didn't recognize him.

According to NBC News, police officer Michael Arkinson stopped the musician after he allegedly drove through a stop sign; he also failed to stay on the correct side of the road.

The complaint reads: "The defendant was operating said vehicle in an intoxicated condition in that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath.

He reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test thrice, but he complied with a sobriety test, which he failed.

The singer's court date is scheduled for July 26, which will coincide with his Forget Tomorrow World Tour stop in Poland. People magazine reported that the singer won't cancel his show as the trial will be virtual, and his lawyer will represent him in court.

Timberlake has a few shows left in the United States over the next few weeks, and he's set to travel to Europe for another leg of his tour.
