Dua Lipa's fans defended the singer against "miming" accusations following her Glastonbury Festival performance.

The 28-year-old singer dominated the Glastonbury Festival with her jaw-dropping performance. But due to sound issues, attendees accused her of "miming" and lip-syncing throughout her set.

At the time, people noticed her voice did not match her movements; thus, sparking speculations she was not singing live.

Lipa, on the other hand, dismissed the claims in her interview with the Daily Mail, saying, "I don't mime."

A Reddit thread also got comments from the "Levitating" singer's fans who defended her against the allegations.

One wrote, "Genesis acoustic on her YT. She sounds just like her polished recorded songs."

"She has an incredible live singing voice. I was very surprised," a second wrote, while a third said, "Had the pleasure of seeing her live in Vegas once COVID started winding down. She's a fantastic live performer."

Another shared, "Dua Lipa's live performances are incredible, and the criticism is unfair!"

Amid the doubts, Lipa previously revealed how she could nail her performances despite the heavy choreography.

"I haven't done a proper tour show for a year so I've got to get my stamina back up before I go into festivals," she told "Dish From Waitrose" podcast. "[It involves] running, dancing, singing, all at the same time, to make sure I can hack it once the adrenaline hits as well. It's like rehearsals, no drinking, working out, just back-to-back preparing for all the shows to come."

Lipa also made headlines for her reaction to a Glastonbury Festival attendee who started strumming a ukelele and singing in front of the singer.

The "Dance The Night" singer was seen offering a cute response, bopping her head while smiling.

"I love it mate, it's so good," she told the fan, who was identified as Liam C.

Lipa also dominated news sites after she debuted her romance with Callum Turner on Instagram. She confirmed their relationship by posting a photo of herself with the British actor on Tuesday, July 2.

"dancing until you see the sunrise at stone circle is the glasto ritual," she captioned the post.

The pair were first linked at the Masters of Air premiere in London on January 11. They were seen cozying up to one another at the event's afterparty.
