Sean "Diddy" Combs has reportedly sold his Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles, California, for a whopping $70 million.

Infamously, it was the same estate that Homeland Security raided in March 2024 in connection to the ongoing probe about Diddy's ties to an alleged sex trafficking ring.

OK! Magazine reported reported that the rap mogul bought the mansion for $40 million in 2014 and is now selling it for $70 million.

"Diddy's friends and neighbors on both coasts are questioning what he did behind closed doors to warrant such an aggressive raid," a source said about the property. "There's talk of assaults, trafficking and torture chambers."

In addition, a 24/7 armed security detail was deployed to patrol his properties, raising the question of what he was hiding.

"The feds broke into safes, tore through walk-in closets filled with designer clothes - everything was scattered in search of evidence," the source added.

Page Six reported that the mansion has 17,000 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theatre, a gym, and a wine room.

It also includes a small 3,000-square-foot guest home, a lagoon-style swimming pool with an underwater swimming tunnel, a basketball half-court, and manicured gardens.

Very recently, Diddy was also named in another high-profile lawsuit, now accusing him of grooming people into sex trafficking. TMZ obtained documents revealing that model Adria English and her boyfriend encountered the rapper in 2004 while auditioning for a modeling job.

In the audition, English claimed that Diddy asked them to perform oral sex on him, which they declined. However, she was offered by Diddy that her partner would have a chance on his career in exchange for her working as a "go-go dancer" at Diddy's infamous white party in 2004.

Eventually, English caved in, and she became a staple at Combs' parties, where she was expected to flirt with guests and consume alcohol spiked with ecstasy. However, things changed when Combs instructed her to have sex with renowned jeweler Jacob Arabo, who was also named in the lawsuit.

As of this writing, Diddy and his legal camp has yet to respond on the allgegations that English has acussed the rapper of.
