Travis Kelce admitted  that it was his idea to go onstage at The Eras Tour in London.

"I initially mentioned it to Tay," Travis told his brother Jason Kelce in an episode of the New Heights podcast. "I was like, 'How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the 1989 era.'"

Swift laughed at the idea at first, but then Travis switched to a more serious tone.

"Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?" Swift, who always had a knack for surprising her fans, asked him. Travis, who's up for a challenge, responded:

"I was just like, 'What? I would love to do that, are you kidding me? I've seen the show enough - might as well put me to work here,' And sure enough, she found the perfect part of the show for me to come in."

Travis swept Swift off her feet during the "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" transition of the third night of The Eras Tour in London at Wembley Stadium. He then performed a short skit with Swift and her backup dancers.

"There was no bike in case I ran into somebody else or hit one of the dancers or anything," Travis added. "It was the safest option."

Travis even elaborated on his mini tap dancing routine that he did on the show. According to him, it was inspired by Jim Carey's tap dance in the film Dumb and Dumber.

"I always wanted to pull out this move, but I never knew like when I should pull it out where it made sense," Travis recalled. "That's one of my favorite moves of all time!"

Raving about Swift, Travis called his girlfriend a "true showman," noting that it was an "honor" to be beside her onstage.

"It was an absolute blast," he added. "It was such a fun, playful part of the show and it was like ... the perfect time for me to go up there, just be a ham and have some fun - not only with [Swift]... but the crowd and really try and get everybody excited for the rest of the show. It was awesome."

According to Swift's Instagram post after the London shows, she was still "cracking up/swooning over" Travis's The Eras Tour debut.
