Katy Perry looks fantastic after a serious effort to get in shape but encountered negative comments about her abusing ozempic to achieve her weight goal.

Contrary to recent rumors, her weight loss was not due to Ozempic but rather a rigorous workout routine orchestrated by her husband, Orlando Bloom, an exclusive source tells Life & Style.

"Katy is paying no attention to the people accusing her of using Ozempic, but she does admit she couldn't have done this without Orlando's help," the insider says.

Another source shared with Life & Style that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has been intensely focused on getting into top physical condition, which has motivated 39-year-old Katy to follow suit.

The source details their daily routine: "Right from the moment they get up, their healthy routine starts. They drink lemon water every morning before coffee, and he acts as her personal trainer, standing over her with his stopwatch, getting her to do her lunges, squats, ab work, and even light cardio before she even has breakfast."

The insider adds that Orlando, 47, has eliminated unhealthy foods from their home.

"So there's nothing with gluten, there's no sugar, pretty much everything is vegan. He's always trying out cleanses and he gets Katy to do those too."

Despite Katy disliking these cleanses, the source notes that "Orlando is super motivating" and "has the willpower of a superhero."

After giving birth to Daisy, Katy Perry shared with Variety in September 2021 that she wasn't in a hurry to shed the 10 pounds she gained during pregnancy.

She shared that it's only been a year, so she's more focused on her daughter's happiness and her own mental health.

The "California Gurls" singer also told the publication that hormones are quite fascinating. As a new mom, those first six weeks felt like the biggest life change ever for her. She's responsible for someone's well-being who can't even hold their head up. It's a real shift, and she becomes not No. 1 on the call sheet. She added that everything that's supposed to fade away fades away, and a balance comes in.

On Independence Day, the 39-year-old pop star hinted at the upcoming release of her comeback single "Woman's World" with a snapshot from a recent patriotic photo shoot. In the image, she confidently wears a strappy leotard adorned with red, white, and blue sparkles in the pattern of the American flag on her chest.

Sporting a red bandana in her hair, she strikes a pose reminiscent of Rosie the Riveter, flexing her right bicep. "BB UR A FIREWORK," the singer captioned the post, a playful reference to her 2010 hit "Firework," which dominated the Billboard Hot 100 for four weeks.
