Azealia Banks took to Instagram Stories to explain the ongoing rumors that she has been evicted from her current Palmetto Bay, Florida apartment in the past few weeks.

On July 5, 2024, court documents emerged online, revealing an ongoing legal tussle between banks and her landlord, Isis Claro.

According to the notice, Claro has requested that banks abandon the property. Banks has yet to pay the overdue balance she has on the property. Although the document did not stipulate any exact figure, AllHipHop reported that she's behind $8000.

In a series of fiery Instagram stories, the controversial rapper clarified what's really happening.

"UMMM. THIS IS A LIE. LMAO THESE MIAM LANDLORDS BE DESPEEEERAAAATE. I'VE ALREADY MOVED CXO HQ TO 7995 SW 154TH TERRACE PALMETTO BAY, FL 33157," she said in an Instagram Story.

Banks implored the public to search the public record as any court has ordered no eviction. Per Banks, Claro was "drunk with H.pylori," whom she also described to have been "menacing" her the entire time she lived there.

"SHE HAD HER HUSBAND COME IN THE HOUSE UNDER THE GUISE OF FIXING SOME BROKEN OUTLETS. TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY FUCKING LINGERIE!!!!!! LIKE YEOOOOO," Banks revealed.

Banks also added that Claro was "so broke" that she had already spent her deposit money, owing the rapper over $30,000 in repairs that she had initially done, because "they're too broke to do anthony.

"LOL DID SIS REALLY TRO TO REVEAL MY PERSONAL ADDRESS..... WELL. WAY TO UP THE ANTE. BECAUSE THAT WAS CLEAR INTENT TO CAUSE INJURY," Banks confirmed. "THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN F***NG WITH ME THE LAST TWO YEARS I LITERALLY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONCENTRATE."

Banks wrote that she's been messed with so many times to keep this drama from happening again. Having experienced that, Banks said that she "learned a thing or two about legal strategy."

"This is going to be a LONG LOOOOOOOOONG EXPENSIVE PROCESS FOR THESE FOLKS," Banks warned. "I swear, give me two weeks to study I bet you I'll pass the Florida, California, Texas and New York bar on first shot."
