After six long years, Lady Gaga has officially concluded her residency at the Dolby Live Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas. She previously held countless Jazz & Piano concerts and her pop shows titled Enigma. After bidding farewell to her massively successful shows, fans speculated that a new era will begin anytime soon.

During her two-hour finale, the musician hinted that she would return with yet another residency in the future. She also thanked several people who helped her along the way, such as her father, boyfriend, and mentor, the late Tony Bennett.

"I can't believe this is the last time we are going to do this. No, it's not. We'll do it again," she said, adding, "When we come back, we hope you'll come back. We'll have a brand-new show for you." She confirmed that her next residency will revolve around the "pop" genre instead of her usual jazz shows.

Throughout the night, she also gives a shoutout to her father, Joe Germanotta, who was in the audience, telling him after drinking a glass of whiskey: "My daddy taught me how to do that... my daddy is in the audience tonight, thanks, dad-call me irresponsible."

On the other hand, she also acknowledged the presence of her boyfriend, Michael Polansky, saying: "I don't know if you brought anybody you love tonight, but I brought somebody with me that I love, Mr. Michael Polansky. I can't bring you up on stage, but you are always in my heart, honey."

According to Billboard, Gaga's residency began as two shows: Enigma, which started in December 2018, and her Jazz & Piano shows in January 2019. She has done two different concerts back to back, which made her the first artist to do it in Las Vegas.

Lady Gaga's residencies lasted for years because she only performed several dates a year and was forced to stop her concerts during the pandemic.

Tony Bennett accompanied her at her first Jazz & Piano show years ago, so for the final time, she gave her jazz mentor a big shoutout before singing "Fly Me to the Moon."

"I'm not going to stop singing jazz... this one's for you, Tone," she said.

Fans immediately took to social media following her final show, and many of them hoped that she would announce new music soon.

"the announcement for LG7 is coming oh exactly," one speculated, while another wrote, "we all jumped for joy. that means lg7 is even sooner now!"

As of this writing, Lady Gaga has yet to announce the release date of her seventh studio album.
